Bir Kuwwat 
The agreement on cooperation and joint activities was signed by the individual enterprise “Bir Kuwwat” and the Cultural Center “China-Turkmenistan”, marking the beginning of the development of partnership.
The parties agreed to provide mutual services, exchange information, participate in joint projects, strengthen Turkmen-Chinese ties in the cultural and humanitarian spheres, improve work in the field of transport, logistics and trade. There are also agreements to cooperate in chemical, light and heavy industries, science and education. The China-Turkmenistan Cultural Center was founded by Jilin SHENGSHI TOTEM Horse Culture Co. and the Embassy of Turkmenistan in China in March 2020 with the aim of strengthening and developing Turkmen-Chinese economic, humanitarian and cultural ties. The Center is interested in deepening bilateral cultural ties, exchanging delegations, participating in creative forums and exhibitions of Turkmenistan.
The company “Jilin SHENGSHI TOTEM Horse Culture Co.” is engaged in breeding breeding horses, including Akhal-Teke. The company has established long-term relations with the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding and the International Association of Turkmen Alabai, carries out extensive work in the field of increasing the number of livestock and world popularization of thoroughbred Akhal-Teke horses and Turkmen Alabai. In 2019, together with the Embassy of Turkmenistan in China, the company organized a tour of the Turkmen group of national equestrian games “Galkynysh” in China.
The domestic logistics company “Bir Kuwwat” provides a wide range of services for the organization of cargo transportation in Turkmenistan and to foreign countries. At the initiative of Bir Kuwwat, a transport route was developed from the port of Turkmenbashi to the port of Aktau (Kazakhstan) and then by rail through the Khorgos border station (PRC) to major port stations of the People’s Republic of China. The company organizes the transportation of all types of cargo by road, rail and sea transport.
